Enrollment Technician

Job Summary

Supporting the Data Management Team, the full-time remote Enrollment Technician will manage benefits administration systems, assist with technical support, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain benefits administration systems, including plans, eligibility, coverage options, and premiums
• Run and maintain custom data reports and troubleshoot system issues
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team to provide technical support and ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with benefits administration systems such as Selerix or Employee Navigator is preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
