Enrollment Technician II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Technician II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll subscribers and dependents, verify enrollment status, and resolve discrepancies in membership records
• Coordinate with the Account Installation Team regarding member identification cards and ensure timely processing of group enrollments
• Assist with initial training for new hires and provide training refreshers for experienced hires

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience handling large amounts of member enrollment data
