Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Technology Sales Executive to drive new business and expand partnerships in the benefits and HR technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a targeted pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR tech partners
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate responses
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover needs and present tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2+ years in inside sales, business development, or recruitment preferred
  • Insurance or healthcare industry knowledge preferred
  • Experience in selling within the benefits or HR technology space preferred
