Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Technology Sales Executive to drive new business and expand partnerships in the benefits and HR technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a targeted pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR tech partners
- Run outbound outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate responses
- Lead discovery calls to uncover needs and present tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2+ years in inside sales, business development, or recruitment preferred
- Insurance or healthcare industry knowledge preferred
- Experience in selling within the benefits or HR technology space preferred
