Job Summary

Driving new business in the benefits and HR technology sector, the remote Enrollment Technology Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, prospecting with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and employer groups while presenting tailored solutions to simplify enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and grow a targeted pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR tech partners
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover client needs and present compelling value messaging
  • Partner with internal teams to develop proposals and tailored solutions for clients
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2+ years in inside sales, business development, or recruitment required
  • Experience in selling within the benefits and HR technology sectors required
  • Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare industry required
