Job Summary

Driven by a passion for technology and sales, the remote Enrollment Technology Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on prospecting and building partnerships with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and employer groups in the benefits and HR technology sector.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and grow a targeted pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR tech partners
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover client needs and present tailored enrollment and administration solutions
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns and qualify prospects to schedule high-value meetings
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or recruitment required
  • Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare industry required
  • Experience in selling benefits and HR technology required
