Enrollment Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Enrollment Technology Specialist will collaborate with the Account Management team to deliver enrollment technology solutions to customers while ensuring high-quality service and addressing discrepancies with carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for Account Management and Sales, developing strong relationships with local teams
• Identify and resolve discrepancies from carriers, ensuring timely adjustments based on enrollment structure
• Analyze trends with carriers and plan builds, creating updated educational materials as needed

Required qualifications

• At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a preference for advanced skills
• Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required
• Desire to learn about various insurance products and services
