Enrollment Training Associate

Job Summary

As the senior trainer on the Enrollment Education & Enablement team, the full-time remote Enrollment Training Associate will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, develop engaging educational materials, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance the performance of Enrollment Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding program for new Enrollment Specialists, including job-specific training and live virtual sessions
• Develop and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and the Enrollment Handbook to ensure accurate and accessible content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create targeted coaching strategies based on enrollment trends

Required qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience in training curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare or a medical support setting
• Experience in a patient-facing administrative healthcare role, either as an enrollment team member or trainer
• Familiarity with onboarding processes in regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Education or a Healthcare-related field
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards required
