Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and registrations via WhatsApp, email, and operational systems to drive enrolment and retention
• Provide accurate information about programmes and services to prospective students and parents
• Assist in refining enrolment processes and contribute to customer service initiatives and events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused approach with strong administrative skills
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite
• Training and mentorship will be provided for role development
