Enteral Intake Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist for their Enteral department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry of referrals, communication with referral sources, and utilization of technology to document patient information
• Selecting inventory and services in databases and working with branch leadership to ensure appropriate provision of inventory/services
• Reviewing medical records, obtaining compliant documentation, and working with sales team to facilitate referral process

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• One year of work experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment that routinely bills insurance
