A company is looking for an Enteral Patient Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact Enteral patients to review supply needs and document changes in the EMR
• Manage patient delivery timelines and communicate changes in product or supply usage
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of microcomputer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Dependability in attendance and job performance
