Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Director in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer operations and drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for assigned accounts
  • Build success plans, nurture customer relationships, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, establish strong customer relationships, and provide feedback for product development

Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience in strategic account management or sales executive role
  • Experience in influencer marketing, SaaS, Mar-tech, or agency space
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven success in building relationships and making strategic connections with key stakeholders
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to find solutions independently
