Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Director in Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer operations and drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell for assigned accounts
- Build success plans, nurture customer relationships, and identify new growth opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, establish strong customer relationships, and provide feedback for product development
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience in strategic account management or sales executive role
- Experience in influencer marketing, SaaS, Mar-tech, or agency space
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
- Proven success in building relationships and making strategic connections with key stakeholders
- Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to find solutions independently
