Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or strategic delivery leadership
- Proven experience managing large enterprise customer relationships with revenues around $20M
- Experience in strategy and partnership with pharmaceutical clients
- Strong operational and project delivery skills with a focus on quality execution
- Consultative mindset to understand customer business goals and translate them into actionable plans
