Job Summary
To drive new business and expand relationships with existing clients, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Director will build trusted partnerships with senior leaders at major companies, ensuring long-term growth through renewals and strategic insights.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise companies while engaging executives in consultative sales conversations
- Create account plans to align client strategies with Dscout's offerings, cultivating long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Own the renewal process by demonstrating business outcomes and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experiences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in Enterprise or Mid Market SaaS sales
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and closing multi-stakeholder deals
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and account growth
- Consultative, client-first mindset with the ability to translate strategic needs into actionable solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
