Job Summary
Driving growth across a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Financial Services customers, the full-time salaried Enterprise Growth Account Director will serve as a trusted advisor, managing complex sales cycles and developing account strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to identify whitespace across business units and product lines
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and engage technical teams around data and AI-enabled initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales within Financial Services organizations
- Proven ability to navigate large accounts and build relationships with executive stakeholders
- Experience selling technical solutions and engaging in discussions around customer data and enterprise technology
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation through strategic account planning and proactive prospecting
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement
