Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue within a designated account territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market sales strategy to achieve business targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to close strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed company revenue goals
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing $1M ARR deals against a $2M+ annual quota
  • Strong background in SaaS sales
  • Experience in selling Workforce Management (WFM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions preferred
  • Experience in industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Distribution, Warehouse, and Healthcare is a plus
