Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex sales cycles with enterprise clients, managing multiple stakeholders
  • Drive strategic outbound prospecting and maintain a self-sourced pipeline

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, preferably in talent marketplaces or SaaS
  • Proven success in closing $100k+ ACV deals with long sales cycles
  • Experience selling to VP- and C-level leaders
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRMs and sales engagement tools
  • Passionate about the future of work and accessing elite talent
