Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts in the LATAM region
  • Generate a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and market understanding
  • Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, consultative selling, and closing deals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or climate tech
  • 2+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization markets in LATAM
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger
  • Fluent in Spanish and based in a Spanish-speaking LATAM country
