Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle for new Enterprise accounts, from pipeline generation to closure
- Drive an effective sales process to meet and exceed quarterly goals
- Actively prospect to supplement lead flow from the Enterprise Sales Development team
Required Qualifications
- Multi-year track record of success in enterprise-level SaaS, managing six-figure deals
- History of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas by building consensus in complex organizations
- Mastered strategic prospecting and account-based outreach
- Experience selling Human Resources technology is a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce and similar sales tools is a plus
