Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new client acquisition and strategic expansion in the institutional real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise opportunities within institutional real estate
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Lead full enterprise sales cycles and manage complex buying committees
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of enterprise sales experience within SaaS, data, analytics, or financial services
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with high contract values
  • Experience selling into institutional real estate or private equity preferred
  • Ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles and engage senior executives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams
