Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive-Contact Center & AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts within your territory
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Contact Center and AI-driven CX solutions
  • Engage and influence C-level and senior decision-makers with a value-based selling approach
Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS or cloud technologies
  • Proven success selling Contact Center / CCaaS solutions and/or AI-driven platforms
  • Strong track record of net-new logo acquisition and expanding large enterprise accounts
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long deal timelines
  • Familiarity with AI use cases in CX (e.g., conversational AI, workforce optimization, analytics)
