Job Summary

Driving value-based growth, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will manage a strategic enterprise client within the Federal System Integrators sector, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders and expanding the Databricks footprint in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and other key partners to drive account growth
  • Track customer details and manage sales activities using Salesforce to exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Utilize a solution-based selling approach to promote Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform and create value for clients
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in larger accounts
  • Previous field sales experience in big data, Cloud, SaaS, and consumption selling
  • Established relationships with CIOs and program managers at local accounts
  • Experience managing targeted enterprise accounts rather than broad territories
  • Bachelor's Degree
