Job Summary
Leading Square's expansion into strategic sellers, the full-time salaried Enterprise Account Executive will own a targeted set of enterprise accounts, define and execute account strategies, and drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals from engagement to launch.
Key responsibilities
- Own a targeted set of enterprise accounts, ensuring pipeline quality and closed revenue
- Define and execute clear account strategies focused on high-impact opportunities
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals, navigating various stakeholders to close deals effectively
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Proven ability to build and convert pipeline within a focused account set
- Deep experience leading multi-threaded enterprise deals with clarity and control
- Strong commercial acumen in structuring and negotiating complex deals
- Experience selling complex platforms, SaaS, fintech, or payments solutions to large organizations
