Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Executive will help define the go-to-market strategy for an innovative AI platform, engaging with large enterprise clients to drive revenue and shape the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Build Luma's early revenue engine by managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building while leading high-quality discovery conversations
- Guide customers through evaluation and procurement processes, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in a closing sales role with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle, including pipeline generation and closing
- Background in selling sponsorship media, advertising technology, or creative technology is strongly preferred
- Strong discovery skills with the ability to convey complex technology into clear customer value
- Experience as an early or founding AE at a startup is a plus
