Job Summary

To support high-impact projects within the observability platform, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will manage the sales process, conduct tailored demos, and drive customer engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Become an expert on the Observe platform and conduct discovery calls and presentations for prospective customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' data and observability strategies and positioning Observe as a critical component of their stack
  • Drive full-cycle sales motions, develop new sales opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline of recurring revenue
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Experience with complex sales strategies in observability, monitoring, or related fields such as data platforms or AI/ML
  • A solution-oriented sales approach with experience managing long sales cycles
  • Proven ability to independently prospect, develop, and close new enterprise client relationships
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture through collaboration
