Job Summary
To support high-impact projects within the observability platform, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will manage the sales process, conduct tailored demos, and drive customer engagement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on the Observe platform and conduct discovery calls and presentations for prospective customers
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' data and observability strategies and positioning Observe as a critical component of their stack
- Drive full-cycle sales motions, develop new sales opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline of recurring revenue
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience with complex sales strategies in observability, monitoring, or related fields such as data platforms or AI/ML
- A solution-oriented sales approach with experience managing long sales cycles
- Proven ability to independently prospect, develop, and close new enterprise client relationships
