Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts, the full-time salaried Enterprise Account Executive will manage relationships with property managers of 200+ units, executing territory plans and leading consultative sales processes remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding for large Enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute territory plans targeting top property management companies in North America
- Conduct high-quality product demonstrations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with senior executives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, with at least 2 years in Enterprise sales
- Proven track record of achieving $1M+ ARR quotas and closing six-figure ACV deals
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Experience selling comprehensive platforms rather than point solutions
- Strong understanding of the vacation rental industry and property management operations
