Job Summary
Driving new business in the employer benefits sector, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Executive will manage end-to-end commercial sales opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop scalable strategies for employer adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize market knowledge and relationships to drive new business with large employers (5K to 25K employees)
- Lead the entire sales process from sourcing to closing deals
- Collaborate with the Consultant Relations Team to build relationships and generate leads from employer benefits consultants
Required qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in digital health or employer benefits
- Established relationships with key decision-makers in employer benefits and healthcare consulting
- Strong understanding of employer benefits ecosystems and decision-making processes
- Ability to develop and execute launch strategies for employer adoption independently
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and an entrepreneurial spirit
