Job Summary

Driving new business growth in the West region, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will manage account planning, engage with enterprise clients, and lead complex sales cycles to promote Nexthink's digital employee experience solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute a regional sales strategy to generate new business revenue
  • Prospect into enterprise accounts to develop a qualified sales pipeline and identify business pains
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to evangelize Nexthink's value proposition and manage the sales process from discovery to close
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a competitive B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Proven record of quota overachievement, such as President's Club or top rep performance
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
