Job Summary

Owning new business growth in the West region, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will build and execute a strategic sales plan, prospect enterprise accounts, and drive complex sales cycles while working collaboratively with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a regional sales strategy to drive new business revenue
  • Prospect into enterprise accounts and create a qualified sales pipeline
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to identify business pains and educate customers on Nexthink's value proposition
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Proven record of quota overachievement, such as President's Club or top rep performance
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong consultative sales approach with skills in discovery and value-selling
