Job Summary

Owning enterprise revenue from day one, the full-time hybrid Enterprise Account Executive will run full-cycle deals, build the sales playbook, and recruit and develop the sales team as the company scales.

Key responsibilities
  • Run full-cycle enterprise deals across prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Define the go-to-market strategy and create a repeatable sales motion
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to shape value propositions and sales assets
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience, particularly in agentic AI or enterprise AI platforms
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise IT buyer's evaluation and budgeting processes
  • Proven track record of closing $50K+ ARR SaaS deals with mid-to-large enterprises
  • Experience managing or mentoring salespeople, with readiness to build a team
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, demonstrating a builder's mindset
