Job Summary
Taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, the remote Enterprise Account Executive will focus on finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients while driving sustainable revenue growth in the HR, People, Talent, or Learning & Development sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while building end-to-end sales systems
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to sell complex B2B solutions in the US, Canada, or UK markets
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive in relevant sectors
- Proven track record of successful B2B complex sales
- Experience selling to HR, People, Talent, or Learning & Development as primary buyers
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
