Job Summary
Driving strategic growth across large enterprise organizations, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will sell AI-powered recruiting solutions, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with executive stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Sell Humanly's AI recruiting platform to enterprise organizations with large-scale hiring needs
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders in HR, Talent Acquisition, and other departments
- Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline through prospecting, account planning, and networking
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR technology or automation platforms
- Proven success selling to Fortune 1000 or enterprise-level organizations
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and procurement processes
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition workflows and HR technology ecosystems
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
