Job Summary

To build and scale the Enterprise Sales team, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, proactively build a book of business, and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers while achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts and campaigns
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
  • Become a product expert and effectively communicate the benefits of CodeRabbit to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a closing and quota-carrying sales role with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit's software and engage with technical prospects
  • Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset and self-directed approach
  • Experience with various sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SPICED
  • Enthusiasm for making a significant impact in a start-up environment
