Job Summary
Building and scaling the Enterprise Sales team, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, drive outbound sales efforts, and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers while achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts and identify target ICP customer accounts
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, focusing on deal size and velocity
- Become a product expert and effectively communicate the benefits of CodeRabbit to solve customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a closing and quota-carrying sales role, consistently exceeding sales targets
- Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit's software and build relationships with technical prospects
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, being self-directed and resourceful
- Experience with various sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SPICED
- Enthusiasm for making a significant impact in a start-up environment
