Job Summary
As a remote Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Observe platform, the candidate will manage full-cycle sales processes, conduct tailored demos, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while building a strong pipeline of recurring revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on the Observe platform, conducting discovery calls and presentations for prospective customers
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver value-driven solutions and achieve sales quotas
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in technical solutions
- Experience in executing complex sales strategies within observability, monitoring, or related fields
- Strong solution-oriented sales approach with experience managing long sales cycles
- Proven ability to independently prospect, develop, and close new enterprise client relationships
