Job Summary

Driving new business growth in the West region, the full-time salaried Enterprise Account Executive will build and execute a strategic sales plan, engage with enterprise clients, and manage complex sales cycles to promote Nexthink's digital employee experience solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage a regional sales strategy while prospecting into enterprise accounts to develop a qualified pipeline
  • Engage multiple stakeholders across various IT and business functions to identify and address business pains related to employee productivity and digital transformation
  • Lead discovery, business case development, and negotiations to close sales while ensuring long-term customer success
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a competitive B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Proven record of quota overachievement, such as President's Club or consistent attainment above plan
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
