Job Summary
As the first Enterprise Account Executive in the US, this full-time remote position will focus on reactivating underperforming accounts and developing new relationships with high-potential jewelry retailers, while managing a portfolio of enterprise clients and contributing to the growth of the enterprise function at Nivoda.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement tailored reactivation strategies for lapsed enterprise accounts and develop new relationships with jewelry retailers
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, conducting regular business reviews and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Utilize platform data to proactively engage accounts and advocate for product enhancements based on market insights
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment
- Proven track record of reactivating dormant accounts and growing mid-market accounts
- Strong strategic mindset with a focus on long-term account value
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Data-driven approach to account management using CRM and platform insights
