Job Summary

Driving net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will manage a defined territory, build a pipeline, and close complex deals while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence to generate opportunities and build a pipeline
  • Conduct deep discovery and qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC to focus on high-confidence deals
  • Craft and deliver tailored narratives and live demos that align Elastic's capabilities with measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven success in closing complex Enterprise deals in a consumption-based environment
  • Expertise in applying discovery and qualification frameworks to drive disciplined pipeline management
  • Strong track record of delivering executive-level presentations that demonstrate product value
  • Experience negotiating multi-year, high-ACV contracts while maintaining margin
  • Technical fluency in cloud economics, observability, and security topics
