Job Summary
Driving net-new revenue in a defined territory, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will build a pipeline, engage in deep discovery and qualification, and lead complex deal negotiations while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence to generate opportunities
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover business needs and decision criteria using frameworks like MEDDPICC
- Craft and deliver tailored narratives and demos that align Elastic's capabilities with business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals
- Demonstrated ability to apply discovery and qualification frameworks effectively
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations that connect product capabilities to financial outcomes
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing multi-year contracts
- Technical fluency in cloud economics and modern data architectures
