Job Summary
Seeking a senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead expansion efforts in Japan, this full-time remote role will focus on building Delphix's presence in large enterprises by developing executive relationships, creating strategic opportunities, and engaging with partners to deliver complex data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a new logo acquisition strategy across target enterprise accounts in Japan
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact to close
- Establish trusted relationships with senior executives in the technology and data sectors
Required qualifications
- 5-10+ years of success in enterprise technology sales in Japan
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and quota overachievement
- Experience selling complex solutions in data and developer platforms
- Strong familiarity with partner-led sales models and managing long sales cycles
- Native-level Japanese and strong business English proficiency
