Job Summary

Managing an enterprise portfolio, the remote Senior Business Development Executive will drive retention and growth for existing clients in the Technology, Cloud, and Digital Services sectors, ensuring successful renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for renewals and account growth
  • Drive customer retention by leading the end-to-end renewal process and ensuring long-term client success
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities while developing relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
Required qualifications
  • At least 4+ years of experience in subscription and/or data sales to large enterprise software, cloud, AI, and technology companies
  • Experience managing the holistic life cycle of client relationships, including onboarding, renewals, and upsells
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a quota-carrying position
  • Experience negotiating contracts with sophisticated procurement teams and liaising with senior executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high emotional intelligence, capable of quickly developing client relationships
