Job Summary

Driving enterprise sales across Europe, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, and shape go-to-market strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients across Europe, from discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Co-create tailored solutions with Product and Delivery teams, driving revenue growth through new business and account expansion
Required qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales in Europe with a proven track record of quota overachievement
  • Experience managing complex deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Strong account planning skills with the ability to build and execute deal strategies over extended periods
  • Experience operating in a 0-1 environment, refining ICP, and shaping go-to-market approaches
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1+ level)
