Job Summary

Driving enterprise sales across Europe, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, and shape the go-to-market strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients across Europe, from discovery and stakeholder mapping to negotiation and closing
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Build and validate scalable sales playbooks and co-create tailored solutions with Product and Delivery teams
Required qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales in Europe with a track record of quota overachievement
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with long sales cycles (3-6+ months) and manage multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Experience operating in a 0-1 environment, building pipeline, and refining go-to-market strategies
  • Strong consultative selling skills with real deal application, familiar with methodologies like MEDDIC
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1+)
