Job Summary

Driving enterprise sales across Europe, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create tailored upskilling solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients in Europe, from discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for Europe, collaborating with the CCO on positioning and sales approach
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales in Europe with a track record of quota overachievement
  • Proven ability to close complex deals with long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong account planning skills with experience in building and executing deal strategies
  • Experience operating in early-stage environments and shaping go-to-market approaches
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1+)
