Job Summary
Driving enterprise sales across Europe, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, and shape the go-to-market strategy in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise clients across Europe, from discovery and stakeholder mapping to negotiation and closing
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Build and validate scalable sales playbooks and partner closely with a Business Development Manager on pipeline generation
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales in Europe with a track record of quota overachievement
- Proven ability to close complex deals ($100K+) with long sales cycles (3-6+ months)
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes, including C-level executives
- Strong account planning skills and ability to execute deal strategy over multiple months
- High level of ownership and autonomy, with strong consultative selling skills
