Job Summary

Executing sales strategies for Employer Services clients, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive will manage key customer relationships, drive profitable growth, and deliver innovative solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships while leading sales efforts for targeted accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline to ensure client retention and growth
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of complex, enterprise-level B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing mid-to-large complex deals
  • Experience with consultative/strategic selling methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of specific industry verticals and commitment to staying updated on industry trends
