Job Summary

To drive ElevenLabs' growth across Spain and Italy's enterprises, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Executive will build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identify new business opportunities, and lead consultative sales cycles focused on AI voice technology.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Spain
  • Identify new business opportunities to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency using ElevenLabs' AI capabilities
  • Lead consultative sales cycles, educating senior executives on the value of conversational AI and developing compelling business cases
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, preferably with exposure to AI or generative AI
  • Proven success in closing deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Well-connected in the Spanish enterprise landscape with strong executive presence
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
  • Native or full professional proficiency in Spanish; strong English for internal collaboration
