Job Summary

Driving net-new enterprise wins across ANZ, the full-time remote Enterprise Account Executive will manage complex sales cycles, expand into whitespace within existing global brands, and collaborate with the Workday alliance team to identify co-sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute territory and account plans to generate new business and displace incumbent vendors
  • Partner with the Workday alliance team to embed Achievers into HCM and transformation deals
  • Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data while managing complex sales cycles from start to finish
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business application sales, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or AI environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
  • Experience selling to CHROs, CIOs/CTOs, and transformation leaders
  • Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a hybrid, dynamic environment
