Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunity creation, generating pipeline through strategic prospecting and maintaining relationships
- Deeply understand and articulate the problem the company solves and the value it provides
- Lead the sales process, manage complex engagements, and shape the sales philosophy and processes
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in quota carrying sales role in B2B SaaS environment
- 4+ years selling to Talent Acquisitions and/or HR teams
- Experience closing sales opportunities of $100k+ ARR
- Growth mindset and success in previous sales roles
- Experience self-sourcing pipeline and executing a stellar sales process
