Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunity creation, generating pipeline through strategic prospecting and maintaining relationships
  • Deeply understand and articulate the problem the company solves and the value it provides
  • Lead the sales process, manage complex engagements, and shape the sales philosophy and processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in quota carrying sales role in B2B SaaS environment
  • 4+ years selling to Talent Acquisitions and/or HR teams
  • Experience closing sales opportunities of $100k+ ARR
  • Growth mindset and success in previous sales roles
  • Experience self-sourcing pipeline and executing a stellar sales process
