Job Summary

Driving net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive - CA will own a defined territory, build a pipeline through proactive outreach, and close complex deals in a consumption-based model, all while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence to generate 50% of booked opportunities
  • Conduct deep discovery and qualification using frameworks like MEDDPICC to focus on high-confidence deals
  • Craft and deliver tailored narratives and demos that align Elastic's capabilities with measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven SaaS quota-carrying success in closing complex Enterprise deals
  • Expertise in applying discovery and qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC
  • Strong track record of delivering executive-level presentations and demos
  • Experience in negotiating multi-year, high-ACV contracts while maintaining margin
  • Technical fluency in topics related to observability, security, and cloud economics
