Job Summary
Driving net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts, the full-time Enterprise Account Executive - CA will own a defined territory, build a pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence to generate 50% of booked opportunities
- Uncover pain points and decision criteria using frameworks like MEDDPICC for high-confidence deal pursuit
- Craft and deliver tailored narratives and demos that align Elastic's capabilities with measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven SaaS quota carrying success in closing complex Enterprise deals
- Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks for disciplined pipeline management
- Track record of delivering executive-level presentations that connect product capabilities to financial outcomes
- History of negotiating multi-year, high-ACV contracts while maintaining margin
- Comfortable discussing technical topics including observability, security, and cloud cost optimization
